SETTING EXPECTATIONS
At Public House Creative, we think it’s important to be transparent and set expectations early on in the process. We don’t want there to be surprises along the way, for any party involved.
That’s why we follow a basic Creative Project Process Map, from initial inquiry right on through installation and completion. This ensures our customers not only get custom built cabinetry that meets or exceeds their expectations, they also get it on time and within their budget.
Obviously, no two clients or projects are the same, but we hope you’ll allow us to show you how our process usually works.

Initial Inquiry
A potential client contacts us with their needs or ideas.
Discovery
Our Project Specialist gets the basic details needed to provide a ballpark estimate.
Ballpark Estimate
Our Project Specialist works with our Estimator, and a ballpark estimate is sent out within two to three days.
Design Session
Upon approval of the estimate, the job is assigned to a project manager and a site meeting is scheduled. There, we’ll go over more specific details and get exact measurements.

Collect Deposit
Depending on the timeline, Public House Creative collects either a a 50% deposit or a lower “scheduling deposit.” The job is then put on our production and installation schedule.
Confirm + Submit
All project details are submitted to our CAD specialist, who creates renderings and drawings.
Approval of Drawings
Renderings are sent to the client for revisions and approval.
Production Starts
We get building, and updates are communicated to the client throughout the process.
Installation
We typically like to schedule delivery of the products the day prior to the installation date, in order to get an early start that next morning.
Punch Walk
The Project Manager walks the house after installation to look for any items that may need to be fixed. Quick fixes are addressed immediately. Should anything require more work, it will be scheduled before the Project Manager leaves.
Final Invoice
Once all the punch items are completed, the final invoice is submitted.
